Window Cleaning - Night City Skyline Cleaning

Ride a hanging platform up the city's towers and scrub the glass. Solo or with a crew of up to 4.

How to start

Find the gold Night City Skyline Cleaning pin on the map (Legion Square / Pillbox Hill parking area).
Press E on Dale the foreman and pick Start shift. You get the crew van, work coveralls go on automatically and a building shows on your GPS.
Ask the foreman How does the job work? for a quick walkthrough.

A guide on the left of your screen always shows the step you are on (hide it with /windowcleantips).

Get the gear - at the back of the van press E: squeegee, bucket and a safety harness. The harness is free once a day; spares are in the rewards shop.
Drive to the building on your GPS.
Step on and clip in - walk to the platform at the foot of the building, E to step on, E to clip in your harness. Without a harness the platform will not move, and it will not move until everyone on it is clipped in.
Ride up - W / S up and down, A / D slide to the next stop along the face.
Scrub the windows - panes in reach get a gold frame. Press E and hold still. Dirty panes are brown, bird mess (white spots) takes longer but pays 50% more. Cracked panes (white lines) are not scrubbed - press E to photograph and report them for a bonus.
Lobby glass - the street-level panes are done from the pavement.
Ride down and step off - when every pane is clean you get the building bonus and the next building comes on the GPS once the platform is empty.

Back at the depot with the van, the crew leader picks Finish shift & get paid at the foreman.

$5 per pane (bird mess $7.50), straight to your bank, plus your career tier bonus and VIP bonus.
Building bonus $30 to everyone who cleaned at least one pane on that building.
Cracked pane reported: $20 to the one who reports it.
Shift target 110 panes (each extra crew member adds 60%). Past the target every pane pays overtime x1.5. Finish the shift with the target met for the $200 completion bonus (minus $250 if the van is not back at the depot).
A crew shares each pane's pay. Members who barely work get no cut (anti-leech).

Storms (rain, thunder) bring wind gusts up high: the platform shakes and locks for a few seconds. Wait it out.

Every level also scrubs 1% faster (max 19%).

Line the platform up so two panes are framed gold, then have each crew member take one.
Bird mess and polish stack - a polished building with lots of birds is the best money.
/windowcleanboard opens the job board while on shift.

/windowcleanplace foreman or /windowcleanplace bay - move the foreman / van bay to where you stand.
/windowcleanface <key> [width] [top] - re-measure a building: stand at the wall at street level in the middle of the face, facing the wall. Width = face width in metres, top = height of the top window row.
/windowcleanface new [width] [top] [label] - add a new building where you stand. /windowcleanface reset <key> undoes it.
/windowcleanfaces - list every building (measured or guess) and show them on your map for 60 s (gold = facing direction, green = width, blue = height).
The usual job commands: /windowcleanplaces, /windowcleanlevel, /windowcleanpoints, /windowcleancrews, /windowcleanendshift, /windowcleanoutfit save|reset <look>, and F9 -> Jobs -> Civilian jobs.
