Processing Weed
Turn wet buds into joints, blunts, baggies and bricks at a hidden weed table.
Everything after the harvest happens at a weed table - a wooden grow bench with a drying line, jars, a scale and a rolling tray. Tables are hidden around the map. Nobody owns a new table: anyone who finds it can use it for free, until a gang claims it and puts a padlock on (see Gangs & Turf).
The chain is simple: hang wet buds to dry, grind them, then roll or bag them. Baggies can be pressed into bricks for the bulk buyer. Everything you make keeps its strain and grade.
Before you begin
Wet Weed Buds from a harvest (see Growing Weed).
- A
Herb Grinder - rarely found in bins.
Rolling Paper and
Cigar Wrap - only found in street trash cans and dumpsters, no shop sells them.
Empty Weed Bag - "Smoke On The Water", the pharmacy, or bins (risky).
- Access to a table: a free one, or permission from the gang that owns it.
Finding a table
- Carry a
Darkweb Tablet. Hidden tables are tipped on the dark web just like weed patches.
- Tips name the kind of land and the area, and get sharper over time.
- The Tablet signal box (bottom right) fills up as you get closer.
Once a gang padlocks a table, the tips stop. After that, the only way to find it is to talk to the people who use it - make friends, or make a deal.
Using the table
- Stand at the front of the bench (the rolling-tray side) and press E on Use the weed table.
- The menu title shows who owns it and whether you can use it right now.
1. Dry
- Pick Hang wet buds to dry, choose a stack of
- The menu shows the rack slots used and how long drying takes.
- Come back when they're done and pick Collect dried buds. Only you can take your buds down.

Dried Weed Bud with the same strain and grade.
2. Grind

- The grinder wears out after a lot of use and falls apart.
3. Roll and bag

Type how many you want - the table makes as many as your supplies allow. The menu line shows what each one takes.
4. Press a brick
Pick Press a brick to squeeze a stack of baggies of the same weed into a Weed Brick. Bricks are what the bulk buyer wants (see Selling Drugs).
Weed bags from the trash can be tainted. One tainted bag in a batch drops its purity and contaminates everything it makes. A Purity Test Kit from the pharmacy tells you before a customer finds out.
The poorer parts of the city have the most interesting trash. If you want papers and wraps, get to know the bins in rough neighbourhoods - or ask the people who already dig through them.
Common problems
- The drying rack is full - wait for others to collect, or find another table.
- "Grind at a table" - the grinder only works at a weed table, not from your inventory.
- I can't take someone's buds down - only the person who hung them can collect them.
- The table only shows "Ask for access" - a gang owns it. Ask them, pay, or see Gangs & Turf.
- "Police sealed this table" - police seized it; it can't be used for hours.
- My bricks won't press - all the baggies must be the same strain and grade.
