Workbench Crafting

There are two portable workbenches:

Bench	Makes
Workbench	Tools and gear: bobby pins, lockpicks, screwdriver sets, electronic kits, radio scanners, handcuffs, repair kits, ammo, armour, drills
Attachment Workbench	Weapon parts: extended clips, suppressors, drum mags, small scopes

Use the bench from your inventory and it is put down in front of you. Press E on it for Use workbench, or Pick up workbench to take it back.

Crafting

Use workbench shows every recipe your XP has unlocked, with the materials and how many of each you carry. Recipes you can make right now are on top.
Pick one and type how many you want.
Pass the quick skill check. Fail it and some of the materials are lost.
Wait for the progress bar - the more you make, the longer it takes. Moving cancels it.

Materials like Metal Scrap, Plastic, Steel, Aluminium, Iron, Copper, Glass and Rubber come from recycling and scrap work.

Crafting XP

Every item you make gives XP for that bench (tools and weapon parts count separately). The bench's title shows your XP. Better recipes stay hidden until you have enough.
