Events Hub + Event Tokens
Type /eventshub to open the Events Hub. It lists the events coming up in Night City: the title, when it starts and how long it runs, where it is, who is hosting it, a description and a picture.
Going to an event
- Press Interested on an event. You get a reminder 15 minutes before it starts, and another one when it begins.
- Press GPS to mark the event spot on your map.
- While the event is running (check-in opens 10 minutes early), go to the gold ring at the spot and press [E] Check in. A live event also shows on your map.
- The Interested filter shows only the events you marked. Past shows recent events.
Hosting an event
Business owners (and the business's boss rank) can post events for their business from the Host tab:
- Pick a title, the start time (your own local time), the length, a location name, an optional picture link (a direct
https://link to a png/jpg/webp) and a description. - The check-in spot is where you are standing when you post it, or your map waypoint.
- A business can have 3 upcoming events at once. Events start at least 10 minutes from now and up to 30 days ahead.
- Every guest who checks in counts as a visitor for your business. The Host tab shows your visitors and how many events you have hosted.
- You can cancel your own event. Everyone who was interested is told.
Staff post official city events. These show a star next to the host name.
Event tokens
Taking part in events earns event tokens (usually 1 per event, given by staff after the event). Your balance is at the top of the hub.
- Tokens belong to your character. They can't be traded or given away.
- Each prize costs its full price. Prizes can't be split or shared.
- Gems and VIP are added straight away. Items wait in your store stash. Other prizes are handed over by staff: a ticket is opened for you automatically, and Your prizes in the Token Shop shows when it is done.

Staff
- /eventtoken [server id] [amount] gives a player tokens (1 if no amount is typed, a negative amount takes tokens back).
- /eventaward [event id] [amount] gives tokens to everyone who checked in to that event and has not been awarded for it yet. The Staff tab in the hub does the same with a button, and Who lists the people who checked in.
- /eventclaims opens the Staff tab with the prize claims that are waiting. Hand the prize over, then press Handed over. Each claim also has a website ticket.
- Staff can cancel any event.
