Nail salon

Find Night City Nails & Beauty on the map (pink scissors). Press [E] at the door to go inside, then [E] at a manicure station.

Pick a nail set (Short Square, Round, Oval, Almond, French Tip, Coffin, Stiletto, Ombre Fade, Glitter, Chrome Mirror, Neon Glow, Marble Art) and a colour. Prices run from $250 to $650.
Sit for about 20 seconds while the technician works. You only pay once she's finished. If you get up early, you pay nothing.
The pedicure chairs at the back paint your toenails for $150.
"Remove my nails" is free.
/nails shows your own set. /checknails shows the set of the closest player.

GTA has no nail models, so other players can't see your nails on your character. They're saved on your character, and anyone close to you can check them with /checknails.

Cosmetic clinic

Go to Night City Cosmetic Clinic, enter with [E], and press [E] at reception.

Surgery costs $15,000. It opens the Race, Face and Skin tabs of the character creator, so you can change heritage, face shape and skin.
If you cancel in the editor, you get your money back.
After the surgery you wake up in a recovery bed and feel groggy for 2 minutes: the screen is blurred, you can't sprint or jump, and you walk with an injured walk.
You can have surgery once every 7 days.

Staff

/surgery <id> opens a free surgery for that player wherever they are. It doesn't use their 7-day cooldown.
To move the street doors, go to F9 > World Spawns > "Nails + clinic". The interiors use the spots that come with the MLOs (ncrp-nailsalon-mlo, ncrp-clinic-mlo). When an MLO isn't running, its street door does the whole job on its own.
