Store Car Extras and Gadgets

Car extras

All car extras are used from your inventory while you sit in the driver seat of a car you own. They stay on that car (by its plate), even if you sell it. Type /carextras in the car to see what it has and switch things on or off.

  • Vehicle Light Trail - pick a colour, and a glowing trail follows your taillights when you drive fast. Everyone close sees it.
  • RGB Vehicle Light Trail - the same, but it cycles through every colour.
  • Antilag Chip - rev high and lift off the throttle: the exhaust pops and spits fire. If the car also has a Premium Flame Tune, the flames come in your tune colours.
  • Tunerchip 7 / 14 / 30 Days - more engine power, so the car gets up to speed faster. It never goes past your car's top speed or its class limit. Using another chip adds its days on top. The old Tuner Laptop works the same way until the date on it (7 days when it has none).
  • Vehicle Spray #1 to #10 - colour-shift paint: the colour changes with the angle you look at it from. It is saved on the car.
  • Car Radio - for vehicles that have no radio (bicycles). Once fitted, the city radio stations work on it.

Blackmarket GPS

Use the tablet from your inventory. The better the tier, the more it shows:

  • Base - police heat in the city, two of today's chop shop hot list cars, your boosting rep.
  • Pro - the full hot list, how many boosting contracts are for sale, the best drug selling areas.
  • Elite - the exact number of police on duty, the boosting market by class, every drug area with a GPS route.
  • Golden - everything, plus a route to the hidden chop shop, a warning when police are close to you, and it refreshes by itself.

New Phone Number

Have your own phone with your own SIM in your pockets, use the card and type the number you want (555 + 7 digits). Your contacts, chats and calls move to the new number, and people who saved your old number still reach you. Close and reopen your phone afterwards.

Staff

Fitted extras are in the ncrp_storeitems_plates table (one row per plate), every use is logged in ncrp_storeitems_log.
