Warehouse job (Night City Logistics)

Pack boxes, stack them on pallets, forklift the pallets into a box truck and drive them to stores around the city.
Solo or with a crew of up to 6. Anyone can do any part of the work: pack, drive the forklift or drive the truck.

Where

Night City Logistics Warehouse, Elysian Island docks. Look for the gold warehouse pin on the map and talk to Marco, the floor foreman.

How to start

  1. Press E on the foreman. The talk screen opens.
  2. Pick Start shift. You are dressed in the work clothes, your truck appears in the truck bay and a forklift appears in the forklift bay.
  3. Want a crew? Pick My crew and invite people nearby (they press Y to accept).

The work

  1. Packing: go to a packing table and press E. Pack the product, then pass the packing check (two checks, or one with a Tape Gun).

You are now holding a packed box. While you hold it you can't sprint, jump or get in a vehicle.

  1. Pallets: carry the box to a pallet spot (green arrows) and press E to stack it. 4 boxes = a full pallet.
  2. Forklift: get in the crew forklift, drive up to a full pallet (gold arrow) and press E to lift it.

Back the truck up to the gold loading dock marker, then drive the forklift onto the marker and press E to load the pallet.

  1. Delivery: when the truck has 3 pallets, a store shows on your GPS. Drive there, park the truck close, get out and press E at the drop-off once per pallet.
  2. Head back and do it again. Finish the shift with the foreman when you are done (the truck must be empty).

Pay

  • Every pallet delivered pays the crew, split between everyone who pulled their weight. Packing, lifting, loading, driving and unloading all count.
  • Reach the shift target and everything after pays overtime (x1.5). Finish the shift for a completion bonus.
  • Bring the truck back to the warehouse at the end or the bonus is fined.
  • Higher career tiers pay more (up to +30%). VIP bonuses apply.

Career tiers

Trainee Packer, Packer, Forklift Operator, Delivery Driver, Shift Lead, Warehouse Manager. At level 10 you get the bigger Benson truck.

Rewards shop (Logistics Points)

  • Energy drink, coffee, water, sandwich.
  • Tape Gun: packing needs one check instead of two and is faster.
  • Back Brace: jog with a box in your hands and unload at stores faster.
  • Outfit looks: Gold Hi-Vis Vest, Shift Lead Jacket, Warehouse Manager Coat.

Tips

  • Split the work: one or two people pack, one drives the forklift, one drives the truck.
  • You can keep packing and building pallets while the truck is out on a delivery. There are 4 pallet spots.
  • Forklift wrecked or lost? Ask the foreman for a new one, or use Replace the forklift on the Operations board.
  • Dropped your plan? Put my box down on the Operations board throws the box back into stock.

Commands

  • /warehouseboard: open the job board while on shift (key bound in the keybinds menu).

Staff

  • /warehouseplace <key>: move the foreman or a place to where you stand. Keys: foreman, bay, forkbay, dock, pack1-pack3, pal1-pal4, store1-store6.
  • /warehouseplaces: show every place on the map for 2 minutes.
  • /warehousecrews, /warehouseendshift <crewId>: see crews, end one.
  • /warehousereset <crewId>: reset a stuck crew's pallets and truck cargo (keeps the forklift).
  • /warehouselevel, /warehousepoints, /warehouseoutfit save|reset <look>: as for every civilian job.
  • F9 -> Jobs -> Civilian jobs -> Warehouse: places, players, crews, outfits.
