Set up a portable DJ desk and speakers anywhere, or play the club booth - YouTube music synced for everyone nearby.

Play music for everyone around you. Paste a YouTube link and every player near your speakers hears the same song at the same moment.

With your own portable kit you can DJ anywhere in the city - a beach, a rooftop, a house party.
If you work at a club, you can play the club DJ booth through the club's speakers.

Your setup is saved: it stays where you put it (even through a server restart) and everyone sees the same thing.

Before you begin

Buy the kit at an Electronics Shop:

You can have 1 desk and up to 4 speakers / subwoofers (any mix) out at once.
For a club booth: a job at the club with a rank allowed to play music.

Use the Portable DJ Desk from your inventory. A see-through desk follows where you aim.
Move it into place: mouse wheel rotates, X turns it around, PgUp / PgDn raise and lower, Backspace cancels.
Stand where the DJ should stand, aim just in front of you and press E. "DJ desk set up" - the item is used.
Do the same with your speakers and subwoofers. Spread them around the party area.

Walk to a piece and press E at [E] Pack up .... The prop disappears and the item goes back into your inventory.

Walk behind the desk (the side you stood on when placing it) and press E at [E] DJ.
You snap behind the decks, a DJ animation starts and the DJ panel opens.
Paste a YouTube link (a normal video, not a playlist link) and press Play now.
Close the panel with the X or Esc - you keep mixing. Press E to reopen it, X to step off the decks.

Volume slider, Mute and Stop.
Queue - add links with Queue instead of Play now. Drag to reorder, X to remove, Next to skip, Clear to empty it. The next song starts by itself.
My playlists - Queue → Save as playlist. Playlists belong to your character and work at any desk or booth.
BPM - type a BPM or press Tap to the beat. Your DJ moves follow the beat.
Moves - Mixing, Scratch, Headphones, Fist pump, Hands up, Point at crowd, or Auto to switch every few bars.
Who can DJ at my desk - only you, or Anyone. Only one person can be on the decks at a time.

The music is loudest right next to a speaker and fades with distance, so place your speakers where the crowd will be.

Clock in at the club with a rank that can play music.
Stand behind the booth and press E at [E] DJ booth. You get the same panel as the portable desk.
Music plays through the club speakers. The booth's size and range depend on the club's DJ upgrade.
The Lights & effects prompt at the booth opens the club's lights, fog, CO2 and confetti controls.

If a customer queues a song on the club jukebox while you play, it waits until you stop.

Noise complaint - an on-duty officer can shut your music down for 15 minutes. Trying to play again shows the minutes left.
Seizure - police can seize your whole setup. To get it back, go to a police front desk, choose Reclaim seized DJ gear and pay the fee - unless it's on evidence hold, then talk to an officer.

Pick your spot with care. A beach party far from houses is less likely to end in a noise complaint than a desk in the middle of a street.

"You already have a DJ desk set up" - pack the old one up first. You can only have one.
"Speaker limit reached" - you already have 4 speakers / subwoofers out.
"Paste a YouTube link" - the link must be a single YouTube video, not a playlist.
"Police shut this down - wait X min" - a noise complaint is active. Wait it out.
The club booth won't play - the club needs its DJ booth upgrade, and you need a rank allowed to DJ.
Packing up does nothing - your pockets are full. Make room and try again.
