1. Stand on your shop's tow truck spot and press E at [E] Tow trucks. Pick Flatbed or Tow truck (hook). One truck out at a time.
2. When done, stop at the same spot and press E Return the tow truck.

1. Back up close to the car, get out, third eye (hold Left Alt) on the car → Winch onto flatbed. Progress bar and a skill check.
2. At the destination, third eye on the car → Unload from flatbed.

1. Reverse up to the car, get out, third eye on the car → Hook to tow truck.
2. Third eye → Unhook to drop it off.

1. A job box appears top-left with its pay and a countdown. Press Y to take it. One job at a time.
2. Follow the GPS route to the car (hazards on, hood open, owner next to it).
3. Diagnose it - one part is almost dead. Fix it on the spot, or tow it to your shop's lift.

1. Take the DROP-OFF job with Y. A car and its owner appear at your shop's lift.
2. Third eye on the car → Work order. It is already paid - do every line through Repair.

1. When an officer impounds a car, you get an IMPOUND TOW offer - press Y. Your shop doesn't need to be open.
2. A red blip marks the car and a green blip the impound lot. Tow it there.

Customers can also call your shop from Phone → Services. If nobody takes the request within a couple of minutes, the caller is offered an NPC tow and your shop loses the job.
