What your character remembers
Apart from money, looks and position, each character keeps its own record of things like:
- Needs: hunger, thirst and stress
- Status: whether you're dead, jail time left, injuries, and whether you're on duty
- Progress: skills, licences and emotes you've unlocked
- Phone: your number and phone settings
Every character has its own record. Nothing carries over between your characters.
When it's saved
Your character is saved every minute and when you log out. Important things like licences, jail time and your phone are saved within a second of changing, so a crash won't lose them.
Hunger, thirst, skills, licences and the rest show up as their systems arrive in the city. Until then the record is there but mostly empty.
Staff help
If something on your character is wrong, for example a licence you passed is missing, open a ticket. Staff can look at your character's record, and Admins can correct it, even while you're offline.
Every change staff make is recorded with who made it and what it was before. Some things, like the date your character was made and your starter kit, can't be changed by anyone.
