Store terms

Payments on this site are processed by Tebex, the official payment partner of Cfx.re/FiveM. Tebex is the seller of record, so your receipt and bank statement will show Tebex.

What you're buying

• Purchases are digital items, perks and currency for use on the Night City RP game server only. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
• Items are delivered to the character you pick at checkout, usually within a minute. If a character is offline, items that need them online wait until they log in.
• VIP memberships renew every month until you cancel them. You can cancel any time from your Tebex receipt email.

Refunds

• Because items are delivered right away, all sales are final unless something wasn't delivered. If that happens, open a ticket on Discord and we'll fix it.
• Charging back a payment removes what it bought and may get your account banned from the store.

Rules still apply

Buying something doesn't put you above the city rules. Accounts banned for breaking the rules don't get refunds.
